Controller Range

When I first finished my theater about 6 months ago I could sit at the front row(~30') and use my shield controller. I could sit in the back row (~25') and use my xbox controller. A couple of months ago that all went away. Now the xbox controller has consistent drop outs from the rear seats and some drop outs sitting in my bar seats (~22'). The shield controller struggles to stay connected from even the bar seats. I have checked batteries/charge on the controllers and everything is OK. The only major change to the theater over the past couple of months has been the addition of a pair of subs, but I can't imagine that would cut back on range.

Has anybody made any changes to their setup and noticed any sudden changes in range?

The shield sits just above the xbox. My wireless router sits above the rack behind the wall.

Nice Rack = ) That's some serious subs shouldn't effect the range of your controller. Is there any other new devices in the room?
