Unit works fine but when trying to connect to my wireless network I cannot find an * symbol on the on screen keyboard to enter my network password. I have been online with Samsung and they admit that it is not there so I am returning the unit. They wanted me to change my network password and change that password on all my devices that use my wireless, and all my friends that use it, sorry not going to go there.

I bought my BD-E5400 Samsung for the sole purpose of being able the connect to Net-Flix but still can not get a gateway ping to work.

That's ok. Had you gotten it connected, you would have found out that the Allshare feature on it useless. It won't stream anything but low grade avi files. My Samsung LED will at least stream mkv files (as long as change the extension to avi, don't ask.) This blu ray player won't even do that. I bought it for the sole purpose of using the Allshare to stream my content to a room I previously couldn't. Thanks again, Samsung, for shunning standardization.
