A third return to the further exploits of Luke Skywalker and Wedge Antilles in Star Wars Rogue Squadron 3 Rebel Strike for the Nintendo Gamecube. It is my favorite Rogue Squadron game. The graphics, music sound effects and dialog are as good as in Rogue Squadron 2. Pure Star Wars joy! It has unlockable bonus levels plus three unlockable original 1980s Atari arcade versions of Star Wars, The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. I have played them with a projector with mixed results. A Projector, though having a larger screen doesn't make the 80s games look better. An HDTV or computer monitors better for the old school arcade games. The Gameplay of Rogue Squadron 3 is basic flying in a X-wing or Y Wing fighter with missions on foot or using speeder bikes or Imperial Scout Walkers. The Speeder Bike chase on Endor would be good in 3D. It includes bonus missions recreating scenes from the Star Wars Trilogy IV-VI. A great addition for any Star Wars Fan.
