Digitally shot movies "usually" have decent transfers. Though I've known of digitally shot movies that have had bad transfers. And when that happens, it's usually written about it here.
Is the US release going to be bare bones for sure or just the UK? I really enjoyed this one in the theater. A commentary and/or making-of doc would be really nice.
I have not seen the film yet, but I did read the script, and it was incredible. One of the best scripts I have ever read. Hopefully not much was lost in transition to film.

Movies are made from scripts, not the other way around.
Therefore, all the stylistic decisions were added by the director and were not a part of the screenplay, which was dedicated to telling the story. And what an awesome story it was.
