You can get any 5.1 receiver. Don't worry about the ohm rating. All receivers can drive 4 ohm speakers. Maybe not quite as loud as 8 ohm before overheating, but the volume difference is minimal.

You need to actually measure the speed. Every time I've measured wireless speed it was very up and down. If you're getting a consistent 50Mb/s, you're doing something that I think is impossible.
