JVC DLA-RS50 with extra OEM lamp

I have for sale a "B" stock RS50 with approximately 175 hours on second lamp and a new OEM lamp. The projector comes with remote, power cord, and copy of user manual.

As a old A-Lens owner I always fit the 16:9...

As a old A-Lens owner I always fit the 16:9 vertical and fit the horizontal with the lens to a scope screen. With that being said, should I zoom the entire screen and mask all four sides?

I would look Marantz way it's a true universal...

I would look Marantz way it's a true universal player with great mid's. I have the Marantz UD5005, and the Denon BDP-2012UCDI. If music is your primary I would go with one of these brands.

wow.....looks like the lens, scaler, or another projector with memory settings will be my best bet. I loved my Panasonic Ae4000 for it's auto AR, but I thought the blacks were not that great.

I'm not to sure in anyone mentioned it on this this forum, but I unplugged the unit for 1 hour and CPU reset. After that I did the firmware update, and all is well. Thanks guys

I tried the remote on another player and it controls it with no problem. The player is now informing me of a firmware upgrade, but that requires the enter button to start that. Close but no cigar.
