Probably because on LCD the backlight 'bleeds' around the screen door making it less obvious. While on OLED the screen door is 'behind' the light and making it stand out more.

You must be confusing software with hardware. The technical dynamic range of an LP is <60dB (being analog it's not an absolute) and 16 bit is 96dB (16x6 and absolute).
