UPDATE: THIS WAS CAUSED BY BAD MEMORY. HAD 2 RIPJAWS 4GB MODULES. INSTALLED A CHEAPER SINGLE 4GB MODULE, NOT ONE ISSUE. WAS THE MEMORY, ONE OF THE STICKS WAS OBVIOUSLY BAD.
