The Passive Cap is fine but I would go with a better amp then the Inuke. Look at the Peavy IPR DSP series. Yea it's pricey but worth it especially if you plan on adding another.

I am not 100% sure I would trust the distortion measurement. when running the sweep put your head up next to the driver and plug your ears. you should be able to tell if you are hearing distortion....

Not sure I would not worry about it...enjoy your subs and do not obsess over graphs. Your subs will very rarely play anything below 20hz anyways, unless you keep a demo disk on hand or you play bass...
