I owned a crest cc4000 and it was extremely quiet. I could never hear its fans over the ambient noise of my room. That said, if cost isn't a concern, get a Speakerpower.

Going from 600w to 1000w is only about 2db more headroom. Not much at all. Truthfully, if you didn't already have the emo amps I'd say the denon receiver would be more than enough amplification.
