The cord(s) you need will have an RCA end fitting...

Since D*TV encrypts its signal and requires their box to decrypt it for viewing or recording, the Mag's tuner can't be used. You'd have to connect the D*TV receiver to one of the Mag's line inputs...

A DirecTV HD receiver will not output HD and SD simultaneously. With both HDMI and YWR RCA connected to a recorder, it'll throw up a message saying it has to reset to SD, so your TV watching via HDMI...
