My brother's DLP did the same thing, would cut off in normal mode, run fine in high altitude mode. He replaced the bulb and the issue went away.

Thanks for the heads up. Windows Media Center 7 sees COZI (36.2) just fine (no guide listings yet), but it isn't seeing BUZZR (7.3). I could add it manually, but of course, no guide listings.
