There are many parameters when encode into MPEG4 or H.264. It is not lossless transcode. So depending on how the process picks those parameters, the outcome will be very different in file size or PQ....

No problem on IGP or Xbox 360. It is not encrypted that is the problem. It is copy-protected that is the problem. Cox now encrypts all channels. But only copy-protect a few.

My PC is using HD4000....

There is no Ceton problem. Tuners are not part of the problem. It is the playback device problem. Tuner just delivers whatever garbage your cable provider send over the wire.
