You don't need kexts anymore with UEFI bios. Just have to boot with multibeast the first time and then it's all set (assuming you stuck to compatible hardware).

That's what I do too. Qz3fwd was commenting on how you can't do it with mouse clicks ONLY, it requires keyboard strokes.
