Does that Klipsch have a S/N on it? They should sell for at least twice that, which makes me wonder about its origin. Either way...

Your room is 2100 ft^3 so the R-12SW should do OK in that much...

Is it just me, or does that sub bear a striking resemblance to the Lava LSP12? One things for sure, I hope the frequency response is a typo; 30 ~ 150 Hz, -10dB. That's awful for a $250 bass reflex...

I'm afraid you can't go by driver size either, at least not taken in isolation like that. The SVS SB-1000 and PC12-Plus both have a 12" driver, yet the differences between them will be vast.

It almost sounds like you were over-driving the F12, which could account for the difference you're hearing. If Audessey set the sub output to -12dB it means the gain was too high and that it was...

While the SB-2000 is probably a very nice subwoofer, 3000 ft^3 is an awful lot of space for it to fill. My guess is it may not be up to the task. You should either consider getting a pair of them...

If you're looking to upgrade you should consider going a less budget route. More than likely the NXG will be similar rather than dissimilar to the Klipsch, so if you want something better I don't...

IIRC the midranges in the RC Micro speakers are about 3". If so you'll need a subwoofer that can play cleanly (key word) up to at least 150Hz, which few budget subs are capable of. It might be...
