They certainly would not be able to use RF24 if they had put it in Lake County, way too close to Erie's 24. Assuming no other channel was available, that might be another reason to put it in Akron.

It takes a really close lightning hit for Fox 8 to even glitch up with my outdoor antenna, 19 (on RF10) seems more susceptible. WMFD (on RF12) is still worse, but their signal is weak anyway.

BTW, whatever happened to 31? Are they off the air or are they transmitting ATSC 3.0 so...
