there are so many variables here its hard to answer. for basic background music at low volume it will be ok. Without knowing distances, layout and use, its hard to give a better answer.

you may be under estimating the number of studs...

you may be under estimating the number of studs that are in the walls around the windows as well. this can be a tricky install. I prefer the Polk OWM series for this kind of install.
