Ive started to use laminate as much as possible. Much more forgiving and much cheaper than veneer in high end finishes. Paint is still cheaper though. And laminate isnt goo around a 3/4" roundover.

If you're going ported I wouldnt gravitate to the sdx12. Id also look at the eminence lab for ported.

Just looked at minidsp's website. Either they dropped their high power plate amps or I cant find them.

The dsp in these is useless. I would already own at least two if it werent for the pointless dsp. There arent many dsp plate amp options. Especially at a budget friendly price.
