I use the same fix as well. With a 5700U.

Setting it to PC Digital AFTER everything is fine changes the Gamma a bit. Probably opens up to the full 0~255 range.

Works like a charm.

With my GeForce the trick is to have the Z2 set to the OTHER DVI setting than PC Digital (which one would think you would want to select). This makes the Z2 send the right EDID when handshaking....
