FWIW, for a high performance theater, mine has 4 feet of black velvet, walls, ceiling, and floor in front of the screen, to minimize reflection. Everything else in the theater is Black and no lights...

E6P = higher luminance, Dolby HDR

EF = same blacks, same upscaling, same 3D, vignetting and possible banding neither of which is readily visible in content

Try increasing White Balance 5% R, G, & B 15 or 20 points. This lowers the gamma in the near black region and should make near black detail more visible.
