Right, the light from the laser direct from the source could hurt a workers eye.

Also worth pointing out that the light coming out of the projector lens is different, and will not hurt the eye.

Epson stated if laser breaks PJ will be replaced with a refurb, not user replaceable. Not sure what cost of repair will be... But there are plenty of expensive parts in any projector, not just laser....

I am still trying to find a mid-to-high end 3D DLP projector that is less than 10k. I just like the "look" of DLP the best, but it seems all that is available is budget stuff or super high end stuff...
