I suggest you install the lamp as soon as you recieveit and run it for at least 180 days. If it blows before the 180 days get it replaced. If it's still OK after 180 days put it back in the box & go...

I believe "dirty" ac power up to the TV will cause Horz. lines to slowly scroll up or down the screen. I'm sure that these power conditioners would benefit some users.
