Thanks for the info.

I found that the composite output is cleaner looking than S-Video. In my setup the S-Video was noisy compared to the composite. So I am running it out via composite.

Yes I can zoom in the picture to fill the screen, but it just makes the quality of the video that much worse to look at. You lose detail as well as softening of the picture.

Just switched my Pioneer DVL-909 from s-video to composite and surprisingly the picture does have less noise in it. Even though it looks better it still not a sharp picture on a 100 inch screen.
