the over-all sound will be on the small size. I would only use the 230 as surrounds.

I am sure there would be some lobing issues - however I would still buy it, if I can not make
room for the bookshelf speaker. Also, I do like that it is crossed-over...

That price is crazy good - and the speakers will be easier to drive compared to the M series.
