Won't process it at all as it's only HDMI 1.3. You'll have to pass video directly to the TV and then connect an audio cable from the Mini to the AVR.

As noted in the above image, Auro favors "height" speakers while Atmos/DSU favor "ceiling" speakers, so really depends on what layout you can do and in the end how many BDs are actually produced...
