I vote for the Panasonic PT-AX200U. Its only about $1200 and had a big throw range/zoom, and its nice and bright. Plus you get a blockbuster card for 52 movie or game rentals.

We actually had our house built, but I wasnt really too worried about cleanouts at the time. There were too many other decission to be made in a short period of time. Our builder was pretty lazy....
