Not a problem! I miss lots too:D I replaced all of my cables with the RedMere cables, much less stress on the ports than the thick ones they replaced.

There are always complaints about any product, particularly on a forum. All I can say, is after 7 months of use, I still love this projector. For me, it is an excellent value with zero issues.

I also got the pink line and ended up selling it on CL for $200, pink line and all. I replaced it with the Sony 40ES. I am very happy with the change!

Your last line says it all. I'm a former Epson owner, tried the 5030, and went with the Sony. Zero regrets, amazing picture, nearly silent with plenty of brightness.

For movies, I typically only watch movies off of Bluray. For TV, I don't expect much since there is so much compression. For sports, if I can view it over the air, that is what I use, no compression.

I went from a CLR1000b(basically the same as the 2000 without the shiny end caps) to a CLR3000. IMO, the 3000 is worth the extra money.
