Try doing a soft reset by simply unplugging the power cord for 10 minutes. If still no joy, then reset the microprocessor (p. 148 Owner's manual).

Does this occur using one specific source or any source? Could be an HTPC issue which you may be able to resolve by resetting the microprocessor (check owner's manual for procedure).

Not sure why you feel this is necessary as you can manually get to the Network setup; however, try doing 4-5 resets in a row, ensuring you keep pressing the two UP/DOWN buttons for at least 4-5...

Sure. You can use the Web Control feature and SAVE each config to a PC file and then LOAD the one you want when you need it via Web Control again. LOAD process takes about 10 minutes.
