I don't think so. The native contrast on the 350 is more than double the native contrast on the 95. Also the 350 has contrast enhancement. 350 will provide better black levels and higher contrast.

Size of room has to do with subs, as in larger room, takes more sub to fill it. Speakers only depend on listening distance. So a 10' listening distance in a 5,000 CF room does not require any more...
