i remember seeing something like this on W1070. i set Noise Reduction to zero and it looked a lot better. not sure if the 2050 has the same settings but i would check that.

yeah i would definitely test out some thicker pads. unless the straps are extremely rigid, i don't see them working.

there is a pretty easy workaround for that. all you need is a 3d blu ray player that has an optical output. make that connection to your AVR and run an hdmi from the projector to the blu ray player...
