Gloss. Their satin products, oil poly, stains, and pretty much everything from them sucks. I only like their WB poly in gloss. Use pro stuff for the rest.

That's not necessary. As long as there's some kind of reflection killer in there. The mid chamber is the more important one. Insulation or polyfill are my choices.
