Try to blow compressed air into the headphone...

Try to blow compressed air into the headphone socket. Sounds funny, but worked fine for many for getting rid of build up of dust bunnies inside. Keep it "kleen". Report back please.

Should be better when the subwoofer will be off your wish list and in your room! :) Setting speakers to "small" with a crossover to sub at 80 Hz is usually a good start.

After swapping the mics as bp suggests, you may also do a factory reset on the 4520 and run Audyssey again.

Bob, Blu-ray movies are not encoded with DTS Neo:X, never. Let's think about it, ...Neo:X is an upmixer, but not a codec. DTS codecs are labeled either "DTS" or "DTS HD MA". Right? ;)
