Just speculating here but I don't think it'll be involved in actual video processing. It's probably for the UI and apps. Nice to have, but not crucial.

Why is that shocking? The "old" 65 is selling for 10k and the new one actually has a lower MSRP. I'm mildly surprised by the 55 coming in at 5500 because I figure that will be their "entry level"...
