Yeah I'm excited about it, I hope I get it for the superbowl. Scott is scaring me a bit in my room thread, I hadn't heard of a lot of issues with the 8000.

Yes, I just have 1 HT 18 behind me. What I like about having just the one driver directly behind me is even if I cross it pretty high I can't tell the bass is coming from behind me. I experiment...

That's about what I was thinking. So, Brandon, you would have 12 db's more headroom than me? Am I thinking about that correctly? One of yours is double mine or 6 dbs's, but you have 2 of them.

So your Denon allows rear surrounds plus 2 ceiling speakers? It was interesting at Jonathan's, for the Atmos avr the rear surrounds weren't even on (they were on for all other AVR's) and I still...

Ahh I gotcha now. So the fact that the projector you wanted didn't have lens memory dictated your decision on what aspect ratio of screen to get - makes sense.

Or you could run them as large and have the bass routed to the mains + subs. The RM's are sealed right, so you can't really hurt them by running them large. I'm running my 212 center as large and...
