It can accept the longer TOSLINK connector (I believe it's called mini TOSLINK?). You can see that there is a red light emitted from that connector, indicating that it's an optical signal.

The Integral is meant to emulate the EDID of your display, so you need to select the port that the Output is connected to. I assume your TV/AVR is connected to the bottom output?

I'd suggest reading the EDID from your TV/AVR (using the Windows app) and writing that to the Integral, that way you'll have no problems.

Yes, the HDP aspect of HDMI is such a pain for Windows. Having something like the Integral makes everything better.

I tried the MDK as well and it didn't work at 4K60. Had to get a refund.

Yup, that's my setup. With the new firmware, shen I turn off the TV or AVR or both, the PC doesn't know. I can start a movie and turn off the TV and sound will continue to come from the AVR.
