Ah, that would explain a lot. Hopefully, us customers will be able to see some atsc version later this year. I had the original fusionhdtv back in the day - I hope their software is better now too :)

The sony has good blacks in that it makes most of the dark shades of grey black, thus making things very black. That's not necessarily good though - you may want to watch it a bit more Treebanger...

So the mitsu dlp's are like the other mitsu sets in that they separate the ntsc from the atsc channels as separate "devices" in the menu, so you can't browse through both at the same time, right?
