I wouldn't bother using a jig to make it perfectly...

Not sure if it matters with your assembly method, but make sure your 3/4" plywood is actually 3/4" thick or it might throw off your overall box dimensions.

Remember I didn't cut your ports to any set length because I knew you were changing the cabinet. If you changed the internal volume of the cabinet, you will have to change the port length.

I can have them assembled and paint ready for you for pretty cheap, but they'd have to ship on a pallet. I couldn't paint or veneer them though.

Probably not worth it for just 2 flat packs.
