I think they are saying they will have "capacity" for 150 national HD channels when the new sats launch (is it two to go?). As we all know, there are not nearly that many channels even available...

yep, I've got an older Denon receiver with no "external in" subwoofer boost (+5, +10, +15db) and the bass is very deficient on those formats. Same with HD-DVD. I'm just trying to wait on replacing...

and for sacd and dvd-a, adjust the external in subwoofer volume +10db or+15db. My old Denon 4800 (which lacks this adjustment) sounds great with DD but never enough bass on sacd or dvd-a.
