You've done a lot of work. But: Black level is set relative to the content source. Video is 16-235 so set to Low, PC is 0-255 so set to High.

It will clip wherever it clips. Done.

I'm one of the lucky ones and the bottom end is colorless with 5% RGB at zeros. All I had to do was raise luminance to lower the gamma a bit.

ABL cannot be turned off in the Service Menu. It can usually be reduced by setting OLED Light to 100 and controlling luminance output with the Contrast contrel.
