what radius do you want to bend it on? Draw it to scale, drawing a radius for each kerf. If your kerfs aren't squeezed shut on the inside edge, then you should be able to do it.

You are leaving out an important octave, 17.5 to 35 Hz. Why not make it taller and then wrap the horn path around and along the top for increased horn path length?
