Amazon is listed on the outer box of the x800 on new shipments. Its also listed as a supported app on the x800 esupport site.

Regardless, Amazon is on the x800 in the USA and is supported by Sony...

Well, I guess you could go to player settings, and then HDMI sound output and select HDMI 2 ... which will force HDMI sound output to be sent from HDMI output 2, only.

Set the output resolution on the player to 1080p and then watch a bunch more of your blurays. See if you get stutter.

Atmos is contained within TrueHD (or DD+). Therefore you need to be playing the TrueHD track. I have only tested TrueHD as my receiver can only decode TrueHD ... its not Atmos compatible.

Yes you can use Plex and enable DLNA. The x800 doesn't require anything special for DLNA (unlike previous Sony BDPs), and uses the generic DLNA profile.

Again, TrueHD is *only* supported in M2TS...
