Glad to find out about this...

Have you had a chance to test how the i1pro2 works with the JVC Autocal apart from this issue? Given the range limitation of the i1pro2 both in the low end and in the high end, I was wondering how it...

I told you which option to change in Calman in the post I first mentioned dE2000JNDab.

To display it in a layout, you'll need to enter design mode (<ctrl-d>) and add the row in a datafield.

It depends which color temp preset you're measuring, if it's after an autocal or not, which errors your particular Spyder has if after an autocal, how old your bulb is, how much time it has...

Yes the software for the new models has a bug but no doubt it will be corrected soon.

I don't think the original i1pro is supported, it's even worse than the i1pro2, especially in the low end....

JVC have a small software team, so they are trying to optimize resources. One model range, one software version (except for our models where we have V6 for Spyder 4 and V7 for Spyder 5).

Yes, of course it can be scaled, but as demonstrated in the formula above, the scaling factor is larger for the 1.8 to 2.4 jump, which means that errors can be amplified too.

Anyway, if it works...

There is no point in doing a JVC autocal or trying custom curves until the set-up is correct. Gamma D has issues, but with dark gamma at +5 it shouldn't crush shadow detail. Until this is fixed, no...

Provided you have selected normal, the Spyder/Autocal doesn't see any droop if you have a straight line. It's normal to have a droop OTTB or after 300 hours, that's precisely why you're doing the...
