Nevermind I think I figured it out. Again using Cnet settings and Roku 3 and AppleTV. I turned off that 1080p direct mode. i think that was causing some slight blurring or motion artifacts.

Welll I have no idea, but the picture to me is better than it has ever been before. I dont see the harm in leaving it on, I doubt it deteriorates picture quality
