The frequency dependent windowing at 6 cycles in REW should be smoothed quite well. It's a good way to gate the measurement based on frequency without losing too much resolution.

They look fairly similar to me, just gated/smoothed differnetly, top end on the omnimic as you say is off. The gating on the omnimic measurement appears to lose some resolution down low.
