I confirmed the problem appears in panning...

I confirmed the problem appears in panning scenes AND when the camera is still - or even when there is no motion at all. IOW - it happens all the time. Dialog is a full second or so behind the video.

I was able to set my DVR to output 720P, and there are no problems with the TV. I gotta think the problem is with the QAM tuner.

I think it's completely bizarre...
