They're claiming a $220 sub with a single 10" driver is able to hit 20Hz? At -10dB perhaps, but certainly not F3. That's the first I'm hearing of it though, so I don't have any experience with it.

According to Rythmik the L22 has a similar output profile to the F15HP. If that's the case, it could prove to be the most viable option available. For sure, the F15HP is no slouch.

Don't forget about cooling. A sub amp dissipates heat via convection, and if you don't allot sufficient space for it to escape longevity will be compromised.
