I can't see through them. I have linacoustic lined inside but have a couple of white electrical wires back there and can't make them out. I used GOM on the columns to match the front wall and soffit.

Nope, the cap molding is wide enough on the back to just staple it to. It is also pretty thick so you can use 1/2" staples.

They got it all done in about 3 hours. It was a LOT of trim but they blew through it. It is all sitting in my basement now. The trim carpenters are supposed to be here this week. Pictures soon!
