My take is you don't need quad unless you are in a high RF area. It can be much harder to terminate correctly. Most issues are due to poor terminations. What HD has is sufficient.

Doubt that the Cat5 outlet is part of this, as it appears to only be phone, and poorly done. Pull the Cat5 labeled wall plate and see what color cable is there. Good luck.
