My guess would be blue channel is clipped at the bottom end. But this type of thing can happen with displays, when you remove colour via the colour control it is typically a very non linear control....

ahhh I didn't test that behaviour, I set the chain to be YCbCr both sides and see only Y plus the two difference CbCr values. Not a triplet conversion.
Will test this myself. It could be a bug...
