Opinions on Driver Size in 5.5 Net Ported ?

Looking for opinions on Driver choice, (size) for 4 Ported Subs, 5-5.5 cuft each , in 4000cuft room. (22x23x8)

Either SI 18" .or SI 15" in 5cf net ? And why?

...Either Lower Extension to16-17hz...
